Reviews

As a therapist, I cannot solicit reviews, but for those who appreciate them, I can share the following accolades. These are some anonymous staff-of-the-month nominations I received from my colleagues during my time as a mental health therapist at a school-based partial hospitalization program. They might not all make sense without context, but you get the point.

“Ms. Sara is incredibly kind, fun, cool, chill, and all-knowing. She gives me good perspective when I'm losing my mind and so I know she does so ten-fold for her clients. MS. SARA FOR STAFF OF THE MONTH!!!”

“Ms. Sara is one of the hardest working individuals at JRB! She is constantly responding to her students' needs as well as teacher requests and parent communication. It's clear she makes her students feel comfortable and safe to share how they are feeling. She goes the extra mile to reach her students, whether it's sitting on the cold ground outside for over a class period, talking through a difficult crisis during stressful situations or just showing up to celebrate a successful moment with her students. Ms. Sara is a team player, and I'm really glad to be able to work with her. She is deserving of staff of the month!”

“Sara continues to juggle a very difficult caseload all while adjusting to Outpatient! From staying late with parents to help her clients and supporting her other staff members, she continues to work hard to meet the needs of those around her.”

“Sara deserves the recognition of being named staff of the month because of her incredible dedication to her caseload. Her caseload has been extremely tough lately, and as someone who isn't necessarily on the clinical side of things, I truly admire the grace, patience, thoughtfulness, and genuine consideration Sara brings to her clients in crisis. Not only is Sara such a bright and caring light with her clients, but have you ever been attached to an email she sends to families of a student who had a tough day? I was recently, and I was so impressed with the way she made sure to highlight the GOOD in the day. That is truly something I don't see enough, but Sara made sure to highlight and praise the greater moments of the day and not just send a fully negative email. I am so lucky to work with a lot of the kiddos who are in her care because I know that there is always a reliable and flexible therapist for them if needed. Thanks for all you do, Sara!! :)”

“Sara has had a really tough first month with her new OP kids, but she is handling it like a champ! Despite her busy schedule she always offers a helping hand or lends an ear when needed. Also... she is now a LICENSED LP!!!”

“Ms. Sara has been instrumental in supporting one of our students. She checks in with the student consistently, on a daily basis, and communicates frequently with the family and with our team. Not only does she do a fantastic job with this student, she is always helping to support the other students in our classroom with whatever they need. Ms. Sara is a reliable team member who collaborates and works well with everyone. I really appreciate working with her and she deserves so many thanks!!!”
